At Kori Whiskey, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium glassware and bar accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Kori Whiskey packaging, ensuring all protective foam and inserts are used to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned glassware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
